hi there sorry took so long to get back to you but welcome on board team 15, all it involves is giving each other support when we are struggling and encouragment to keep going if you pop onto the teams section and find our link i will introduce you and take it from there. All i need each week is what your weight was in pounds the previous week, what you lose each week in pounds, and your latest weight in pounds we then work out the individual % loss and the team loss, and see which team does the best each week, its great to be part of a team, as there is always one of us on line but consider yourself bought lol x
