Spag bol and what??

    Im having red days as pasta and potatoes make me really bloated and feel really crap. Im having spag bol tonight and dont want the pasta......so what would you have instead?!?! or should i just have the spag bol by itself?

    I've seen a receipe on the SW website I think, for what was basically folded over omlettes with bolognase in the middle...havent tried but sounds interesting/nice! If I find the receipe i'll post the link xxx

    Hi!

    I had bolognaise a few nights ago...and like to use the leftovers to stuff a pepper!! Yum yum!! Have it with salad and is very filling! Hope that helps!!

    Roast vegetables are nice with bolognese. Anything you have like onions,mushrooms, peppers, courgettes and butternut squash

    I had some veggie chili over salad the other night. Was quite nice actually. Used a strong salad, like rocket salad. It wilts but has a nice flavour.

    what about having it on a baked tattie or you can use bns and bake half in oven and have it on that
