Sparkling new red(ish) diary!

Hello all - ive been on the boards before on a variety of diets (havnt we all). Ive found red days on slimming world to work really well for me in the past and so thought id give it another go.
I lost weight for my wedding in august but ... Oops! Have let the honeymoon go on a little and have put over a stone back on :-(. So annoyed with myself as i swore id keep it off this time.
I way in saturdays.

Today -

Milk - HEA
Bk - berries and ff greek yogurt
Lunch - ham and cottage cheese salad, an apple
Tea - ? Big shop to do first!
