Sparkling water!

Hi,

I've been doing SS for nearly 3 weeks now and am slightly bored of drinking plain water!! Can I have the sparkling water with lemon & lime flavour from Tesco??

you can have sparkling water but not the flavoured stuff unfortunately, I had some ordinary sparkling water at the weekend and it was nice to have something different

Absolutely. I do this all the time.

Agree sparkling water is nice.
I would say though if you add cambridge water flavourings to the bottle (I use a funnel) make sure you drink some water out first and/or carefully get rid of some of the fizz and add the powder slowly as it makes it fizz up!!
First time I added some it went everywhere!!
