Hi Kirky!! Good luck for WI tomorrow. Yes sparkling water and soda water are perfectly legal but not tonic water or fruit flavoured waters :)

In fact I used to put mine into a wine glass in the evening felt like I was having a glass of vino x

Hi Kirky, I only drink sparkling water as it's easier to drink and not as "heavy" in your stomach than plain water.

I like to have sparkling water as a "treat", and trust never in my life did I ever think that I would consider sparkling water as a TREAT \0/

    Hi Kirky

I only drink sparkling water - still water is just too much hard work. I was worried that being sparkling it might bloat me but Its fine to drink as I checked this with pharmacist.
