    I'm on day three of ss, only ever done ss+ beore and that was a year ago.. great to see more choice with the + Does antone know if sparkling water is allowed on SS?

    Mostly raw vegan
    yes it is allowed, watch the sodium content of these waters though as it might be high and if you drink a lot it will lead to water retention in your body. And too much sparkling water can make you hungry (especially the high sodium variety). But used in a wise way, sparkling water can tame hunger quite well ;) enjoy
