I think as long as its plain water not flavoured your fine, someone suggested putting a sweetner in so its lemonadey but I havent tried :)

Plain sparkling is allowed...Not sure about the sweetner though (although I did think about adding coffee and sweetner to make it "coke" like! lol).

Had a bottle in the fridge over a week, still not opened for fear of bloating. :(
