Speed foods

Ok,so I have seen some info on here stating that some foods eg Ryvita can be eaten as 4 for a hex or 2 as a speed food. If I take the speed food option,how do I syn this?? Thanks

I read that as meaning if you took only 2 ryvita it was still your HexB but was a speed food because it was less calories consumed for it?

Yep jen is absolutely correct, still your hex b, so no syns needed x

Thanks ladies...I had no idea how to classify the speed food option!!! Been looking at the 777 challenge,think I have a clearer idea how to build in the speed foods now
