Speed Soup Question?

I keep hearing about Speed Soup but every recipe is different. Is it literally just as many speed foods as possible blended into soup?

Yes pretty much, why dont you find a receipe and just use the veg and pulses that you like, i dont add parsnips as i dont like them
in soup, but roasted yummy. x
