Speed walking or not

    Do you think speed walking is just the same as normal walking for 30-50 mins a day?

    It depends how much speed walking you do, surely? You would burn more calories speed walking for 30-50 minutes a day than you would walking normally for 30-50 minutes a day because you are raising your heart rate more and making your body take more steps.
