Speedfood Curry in a hurry

3 cans of mushy peas
2 cans of baked beans
chopped onion
chopped mushroom
1 tbsp sweetner
4 tsp curry powder
(You could add meat if you'd prefer, but i like it without)

Lightly fry the onions and mushrooms in frylight, before chucking it all together and heating in a pan. Vwella - tea is served!! :cool:

It sounds minging, but believe me...its gorgeous, and full of speed food. :D

Accompany with boiled rice, or SW chips.

a girl at work was on about this last week, must give it a try as only lost a disappointing 1lb this week. Lost 3lb almost every week so far, had to slow down at some point

I used a tin a chopped tomatoes instead of the baked beans, was delicious.
