Just went on myfitnesspal.co.uk out of interest and put in (with rough measurements for free foods) what id had yesterday as theres a lot there! Turns out i should be aiming for 1,450 cals a day and after all of this i still had 188 remaining!!

Id also like to point out that as yet i am not exercising anymore than usual.
