Hi I wondered if anyone can tell me the syns in the Spiced Butternut Squash Pasta Mug Shots?

If anyone could work this out for me, I would be so grateful because I'm addicted to this flavour and just want to make sure the syns aren't too high. It's my first day back on the plan.
