I just got in from walking the dog and blitzed some of this in the microwave to warm all my nooks and crannies - it's lovely!

10 medium carrots
1 big onion, 2 sticks celery
1 big tablespoon of curry powder mixed with garam masala
Chill flakes - as many as you can take!
Chicken bovil stock

Fry light onion n celery, add spices, throw in chopped carrots, cover with stock, boil then simmer for 30-40 mins. Whizz up in blender. Lovely with dollop of something yogurty - total 0% or something.... yum!

That sounds yummy. I have been making soup a lot lately, the week before Christmas I lost 2.5lbs having soup everyday for lunch. Mostly I have been using the same couple of recipes. Spiced carrot sounds like a good one to add to my list. :)
