Spiced egg custard

No idea, what's the recipe?
 
I'm guessing that you used fromage frais instead of milk to save your HEXA or syns? It's not worth the compromise in taste IMO for egg custard.
I make mine with my milk allowance a couple of times a week because I love it. I often put a crumbled apple and sultana Alpen light in it too.
