    Quick question - what spices and flavourings can be used to make things a bit more interesting when doing 790 - is Cayenne okay?

    i'm sure cayenne is fine Georgie.

    I used all manner of things on 790 - dried mixed herbs, oregano, black pepper and my favourite - paprika. Also used balsamic vinegar on salads and even veg as it gave quite a nice sharp flavour

    Hi there! I use cajun, curry, 5 spice, natural yogurt and tandoor spice makes fab marinade for chunks of chicken (just like ordering in!!).
