spicy wedges?

    I see alot people having them but hw do u make them? also make sw chips but they always seem 'hard' any tips? or anything else with potatos?

    I chuck mine (whole) in the microwave for a few minutes and then cut into wedges or whatever.
    Tried mine with paprika and garlic powder last night and they were fantastic!

    I make mine this way
    Chop potatoes into wedges, par boil for 5 mins, place in a bowl and spray with fry lite then cover in Cajun spice and stir. Place in oven on baking sheet (single layer) until cripsy turning once yumm :)

    I chop my potato into chips, microwave for 4/5 mins, spray with frylight and sprinkle with spice of choice, its cajun at the minute. Cook on high til crispy :D
