Splenda V Canderel... Burning question!

Hi there!

Having scoured ALL my local (and some not so local) shops and supermarkets, I can't find Splenda.

Is grain Canderel okay to use in Dukan recipes, does anyone know?

Im using sweetener from aldi or lidl....and it doesnt seem to be doing me any harm, have lost 4.2lb in two attack days!

it's all ok as long as it's aspartame based (according to dukan).... no sugar at all....

p.s. I've used Hermesetas and now canderel..and have lost using both...
