yesterday and this morning im finding it hard to drink a full pack, shake or soup.... i managed it this morning but i think im going to have to split the pack and make half and have 6 small drinks a day or soups or wotever..... im ok with the water, not as hard as i thought, but struggling with the shakes, so im going to split this afternoons and see wot happens.

    im assuming thats ok

As long as you get all your packs in a 24 hour period, it shouldn't make any difference whether you split them or not. I find that adding more water than recommended to them makes them go down easier, especially some of the shakes cos sometimes they are a little bit too sweet!

I also now split a soup pack and make about 3 large crisps with half of it and then have the other half as soup and have them together, yummy!!

    Hope it all goes OK.

I always split my sweet packs into 2 hot drinks - much easier to drink and you actually feel like you are having more as it breaks the day up.
I have my soup in 1 sitting though and treat it like my main meal. xxxxx

I have to split the chocolate shakes as they are too thick - it also means you get two hot chocolates in a day. I make up my soups in the biggest mugs in the house (about double normal size) and this much is great for filling me up.

I split my breakfast pack and have half as a drink and half in a bowl with Psyillium husk powder in it like a porridge.
