only on day 3 - how the hell am i going to get to first weigh in. ps. the bad breath thing for ketosis, i havent noticed, does this mean im not in ketosis yet? x

your throat will feel dry also keep an eye out for that. Keep going, the first week is always the worst while you settle into it.
Have you taken your measurements? Always a good thing to check when you are caving in. Maybe not yet but this time next week they will most probably be less ;)
If you give up you will feel so bad with yourself, it's just not worth it.

if you drink lots of water you may not get bad breath at all ... the ketones come out in your breath and / or your wee ergo drinking water and lots of it means less bad breath. Having said that i didn't get into ketosis until day 4 when i first started so you might not be quite there yet, hang on and it will happen it won't be long now if you are not there already x
