    Hi,

Found the nutritional values for a piece of homemad sponge cake which was:

    Calories243Protein3.4Carbohydrate27.8Fat13.9Fibre0.5

In one slice (53g) of cake. So i worked out the points and it was 7pps per slice but because I had jam and buttercream I added another propoint and made it 8. Definetely not worth it!

wee iced fairy cakes would probably be less in the points stakes, but its sticking to 1 if you make a batch, heh x

I put your cake ingredients into the WW Recipe Builder and it says if you split the cake into 12 it's approx 9pp. :)
