ok, so can i have 2 dessert of cucumber and 2 desserts of broccoli for example or does if have to be the same piece of food

i just guess lol
but i do have them spoon things that are all the different sizes, think they were only about £1 from tesco or asda
ill buy some of them:)

I'm always genuinely mystified by the 2 tbsp of veg thing.

I mean, you could balance a whole cucumber on a spoon, couldn't you? ;)

Out of interest, how many sprigs of cauliflower/broccoli do we reckon equals two spoonfuls of veg? :D :D Four? Six (if they were small sprigs, LOL). Or, if we're talking level spoonfuls, is that way too much? :confused:

Wish we could go by cooked weight instead...
