Anybody else been getting spots since starting this diet.. I've gotten soo spotty since the end of the first week on cd and my skin was absolutely fine before I'm getting so many awful spots my skin looks terrible! Am I the only one? I thought all the water drinking would make my skin look great xx

Yes I got them when I first started SS then again when I started on the steps & re-introduced food. Last time I had spots was pubity! They go within a few days & leave healthy skins. I think it's the crap coming out in the skin due to the purities of the sachets.
