Can spread cheese be used instead of hard cheese for a HEA?? I know kraft philadelphia cant be but how bout any of the others such as laughing cow?

Philly light can be used now I am sure. Think its 71g too

I know the triangles can too but not sure how many of them

Yep light philadelphia is a HEa, as is laughing cow and dairylea along with some supermarket own brands.

also the tubes of primula light can be used - 75g is a HeA which is half a tube

Philadelphia Extra light is 100g as a HEXB (not a HEXA).
It's 71g if just Light (and you can have normal Light as a HEXA too)

Laughing Cow Light is 5 triangles as HEXA and HEXB
Laughing Cow Extra Light is 6 triangles as HEXA and HEXB
