squash wedges

i got some funky looking squashes today, an onion squash and a harlequin squash, chopped them into wedges and sprayed with frylight and baked on hot for 30 mins! Absolutely gorgeous! The onion squash is just like sweet potato and the harlequin squash was super sweet. Gorgeous with spag bol!
I think squashes are super free??? Please correct me if i am wrong though! My book mentions butter nut and acorn but not the two i got!
