Sorry but the only ones you can have are CD ones, ask your CDC for them, I like the summer berries one but you can only have a litre a day so i make mine half and half to make two litres.

Squash isn't allowed as contains citric acid so will knock ya out of ketosis...............But some people have the Perfectly Clear still red apple or the Sparkling Strawberry and Kiwi which contain malic acid:eek: These aren't "officially" allowed but if it helps you drink water then it's better than none if you hate the flavourings:p

What about drinking sparkling mineral water - i couldn't drink the water flavourings in still water - but it's lovely in fizzy water!!

I drink sparkling water only found out this week that I could have it haha

I haven't tried sparkling water so am going to give that a go and if it is awful I might try the perfectly clear apple - sounds nice!
