Squat and bingo wing challenge started 1st Aug.

Day one --- 20 squats while waiting for kettle to boil

10 bicep curls,10 lateral raise,10 front raise :) and a few pelvic floor squeezes while in shower.:D
 
Day TWO--- 25 squats done.

10 bicep curls,10 lateral raise,10 front raise :) and up and down a ladder. Good for the leg muscles.:D

Squat rest day tomorrow so will find something else to do.
 
Day 13. 80 squats,,20 bicep curls,20 lateral raise,20 front raise,5 mile bike ride.

Been away but still done the squats and lots of walking.:)
 
Still doing 100 squats and still doing my bingo wing exercises of 30 bicep curls,30 lateral raise,30 front raise.
September starts tomorrow so higher weights and up to 40.:)

Going to throw in some crunches for September. :)
