I've bought some of this today to have as a special treat with a meringue nest, strawberries and an alpen light bar crumbled on top and a few squirts of cream but I dont know how many syns the cream is?

they dont have that on the site. prehaps if you post the nutritional info i can calc it for you. its probably the same as the anchor whippin... which i dont think is bad for 12.5g. i may have to steal your treat idea as well. sounds fab for summer
