hi everyone, i'm a bit confused regarding ss and aam. i know when on ss you are not supposed to eat anything because that will affect your weight loss but when you are on aam, you can have one meal a day as long as it's within the limit. so how come people can eat and lose weight on aam but can n not have the same result when they are on ss and eat a small snack? what's the difference?

AAM is a carefully planned meal that has no carbs so it won't knock you out of ketosis. Theorectically you could AAM all the time and stay in ketosis but I would find an unstructured SS where I ate when I wanted to quite difficult to control.
