SS+ and bars ??????

When I did SS+ I had the bars. I don't see why you shouldn't.
 
As the others said, it's fine, just no more than one a day. I have them on SS+
 
I agree with everyone else, I have the bars on SS+.

Yes, you can definitely have bars on SS+. She's probably concerned about the carb factor, but the meal usually works out less carbs than the shake and milk, and besides, the peanut and cranberry bars are the same carb level as the shakes anyway.

I can see no reason why your consultant says to no to any of the bars. Have a chat with her.

Max one a day, extra water :)
 
Have you tried doing the quorn mince with curry powder and water-it tastes like samosa mince and if you add in your veg to it, it's yum. I use the water I have boiled my veg in with a spoonful of the veg drink powder, it makes a lovely stock and really gives a lovely flavour. Totally off the cd bar subject lol but as you mentioned the chicken with curry powder I thought I might add :)
