SS and wind!!

Right sorry to be blunt guys i am on my 2nd week off SS and i have been gettin terrible wind, does any body else get this it is gettin very uncomfortable!! has any1 got any remedies!! x

last couple of days have had a bit of wind. dunno if it's the bars or the chewing gum. maybe both. no remedies. sorry.

Hey,

I found when I ate the bars that I got awful wind. It was really sore. Maybe they just don't agree with you (if you are eating them). Otherwise not sure??

I get a bit of wind too when I eat the bars.

Hot drinks give me some relief and it is something that gets better as time goes on!!
