theres virtually NO recipes for sole source plus meals...im literally eating the same thing every evening lol! im eating quorn its low fat and im used to it being a vegetarian before i had my son, i tried tuna but it doesnt feel like a proper meal because you hardly get any with the quorn as its so slight you get quite a substantial meal out of it ive been cooking the chicken style pieces in a wok with sliced green pepper and mushroom and adding a bit of garlic powder its quite nice but i love garlic lol x
