SS & Nicotine lozenge?

Hi all,

Day 5 & still no signs of ketosis - do you think nicotine lozenge affects it? - says it has maltitol in it - sugar free sweetener, but 2kcal each.

Hi Emma, I have only just seen your query, as I don't do CD anymore but when I was on CD I asked my CDC this question and she checked with Cambridge for me and the answer was that they were perfectly fine and wouldn't affect ketosis.
