can we have whole grain rice with a meal if so how much

Don't think so - just meat or fish and veg.

Nope you can't have any carbs such as rice. If your CDC gave you the yellow book it will tell you what you can have. It is mostly a white and green meal some chicken, fish, tofu or quorn with veg. If you haven't got the yellow book I can type it up for you x
