SS+

On SS+ plan are you able to have a day on each plan ie one day have an extra pack and milk and the next add a meal?

Has anyone tried SS+ and have you found it easier?

Has you weight loss been less than on SS?

Hi mils

I SS+ and I believe you have to do a full week of it whichever one you choose to do.

I haven't found my weight loss any different at all, I have had slow losses because of my social life and a wedding, not because of the difference between SS and SS+.
