shocking that you didnt get any books hun,

I started on SS+ after 3 weeks of SS.

Sole source plus meals

This is the menu allowed:-

120g chicken or turkey breast
190g cod, haddock or other white fish
250g steamed tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water)
225g cottage cheese (reduced fat)

Add about two tablespoons of any of the vegetables (cooked or raw) from the following list:-

asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, courgettes, cucumber, lettuce (all kinds), spinach

No added salt allowed but you can use fat free dressings and seasonings. Avoid all oil based salad dressings and those containing fat.

also, forgot to add you must have your packs too throughout the day, I have three because i am only 5ft 3, anyone above 5ft 8 needs 4. x

it says in the book you can have your 4 servings of CD and a 200ml allowance of skimmed milk.

It doesnt mention milk in the meals section but, saying that i have measured out 200ml of milk and its a lot to me, i just have about 40mls every now and again in coffee/tea, have done from the start and i have been fine.

i think you get either the meal or the milk but not both but a drizzel in a cuppa isn't going to do much harm...

yes its either 4 packs and 200mls of skimmed milk or 3 packs and the 200cal meal out outlined in debz post above
