#1
Its been 7 days of refeed . every day seemed that I was cheating but stuck rigid to plan. and this morning. jumped on scales thinking that I would have put on. but Whaoo. stayed the same. just need to keep this up till I go on hols then I'm back to loose the rest.

Food tastes great and it fills me up really easy. had first brown bread roll today. it was lush.

hope everyone else is doing great.

Im also now in the running to win the Asda Slimathon. will know that next week.:8855:

It was part of a healthy eating program that Asda set up back in the summer. they did a slimathon for employees who wanted to do it. they setup the program and those that participated were weighed every 2 weeks and then they colatted the results and the winner stood a chance of some great rewards.

locally at depot I stormed it as my final weigh in I had lost 127lbs.
there is also a best in region which the depot looks like it may be 1st and when all the results are colatted I may be the overalll winner.

at the last info from the guys that were running it they said that within the Asda network 3 tonnes approx had been lost.

Still worried about putting weight back on.

Havent progressed onto normal eating. guilt is keeping me on green mixed salad and that still feels like I'm eating to much.

My fear is that I will put weight on when I weigh on Monday.

weighed in this morning and weight has stayed at 24St.

cant yet get that feeling that everytime I eat something different that the weight will just come back.

had my first banana yesterday but decided to not have sunday lunch with the family. stuck with mixed leaf salad, with my favorite dressing (Balsamic) Some chicken slices and a noodle pack.. but felt that was to much so did not finish.

as long as I maintain I will be happy

woohoo, fanbl**dytastic you are doing so well, and maintaining brilliantly. Hopefully your confidence will increase as time goes by, but it is normal to be nervous, I will be in a right old panic when I start to refeed next Monday. You are giving me hope that it can be done so thanks for posting your progress x
