Hiii everyone!
So i have been doing SW for over a year now and love it, i lost over 1.5stone as i didnt stick to it all the time. But i just let myself slip sooo badly and now ive put a stone back on how did that even happen?!
 how did that even happen?!
Anyway now its getting so close to xmas and my 21st bday party im getting so scared and thought i would start a diary to help me get back on track
B: poached egg, bacon (no fat), mushrooms & tomatoes
Loadsss of water
L: "big mac in a bowl" beef mince going to give 5 syns as not x lean. Onions, gherkins, lettuce, thousand island dressing, 2 syns, wholmeal roll heB and cheese heA
Muller light and banana and some grapes.. and loadsss more water
Not decided on tea yet but will update later!!
