Hiii everyone!

So i have been doing SW for over a year now and love it, i lost over 1.5stone as i didnt stick to it all the time. But i just let myself slip sooo badly and now ive put a stone back on :( how did that even happen?!

Anyway now its getting so close to xmas and my 21st bday party im getting so scared and thought i would start a diary to help me get back on track :)

B: poached egg, bacon (no fat), mushrooms & tomatoes

Loadsss of water

L: "big mac in a bowl" beef mince going to give 5 syns as not x lean. Onions, gherkins, lettuce, thousand island dressing, 2 syns, wholmeal roll heB and cheese heA

Muller light and banana and some grapes.. and loadsss more water :)

Not decided on tea yet but will update later!!

So i decided on tea. Bacon mushroom and onion stuffed peppers with baked beans :)

Going to a friends tonight for a few drinks so im going to base my syns on the week and will add them up so far later tonight!!
