Starbucks frappucinno

Hey all, I had a Starbucks vanilla frappucinno today that I bought from asda (250 ml bottle) was thinking I could use the milk (250ml semi skimmed) as heA but I dunno what to syn it as :-s

I looked up how many altogether on google and people are saying 16.5 syns on EE. Can I use milk as a heA and syn the rest??
