Starbucks Hot Choc
Hi everyone! Im a newbie and somewhat addicted to Starbucks hot choc - a habit I know I have to kick ... but in the meantime can anyone let me have the syns value for a tall hot choc with skimmed milk WITHOUT cream - I can only seem to find them with cream - MANY THANKS!

The directory does only seem to have with whipped cream.

However, if you look in your food optimising book....

Cream - whipped - 1 level tbsp = 3 syns on all days...

So a tall Hot Choc with skimmed milk and no cream would be around 17 syns.

Obviously doing it this way isn't an exact science but it gives you a rough idea...
