Hi, well after reading up on several diets I've decided that this could be just about right for me. Ive lost and regained weight most of my adult life I've done SW, WW, plain old calorie counting , slimfast and Cambridge to name a few. Ive lost weight on all of them with good success from SW, WW and my personal favourite Cambridge, but I get bored with SW WW and Cambridge I'm great on until I have to move up the plans and introduce food. So I thought I would try a whole new diet one that on paper looks like I could do forever.x
