Hi All, just thought I'd pop in and say hello... Well I lost 8 stone 2 years ago and since then have put all but 8lbs of it back on (I lost it on LL)...

I have decided to start weight watchers and do gym/aqua sessions and lose the weight "properly" and at a steady rate. I am hoping for a 2lbs loss each week but I have 10 stone to lose, and know it will take ages :(

I remember years ago there was somebody on here called starlight who lost loads on WW, is she still around???

Anyway, enough of dwelling on what I have done wrong... I have managed to lose 4lbs in 3 weeks, despite being quite naughty... being here today (on minimins!) means I'm serious because this is what got me through it the first time around... I just hope the WW boards are as friendly as the LL ones!!!

Hello to everyone, wish me luck and any tips would be greatfully received...

PS, I'm allowed 32 points per week - thats alot right??! - So why do I keep eating more?!?!!? lol

Hi Claire, Welcome back , I wondered where you went too , would you not give LL another go ? I know its going up to 70 pounds in Jan , its a lot of money a week I know .
you will get the weight off again . I have also put alot on too . Just got to get the frame of mind back and away we go .
