Hi All, just thought I'd pop in and say hello... Well I lost 8 stone 2 years ago and since then have put all but 8lbs of it back on (I lost it on LL)...
I have decided to start weight watchers and do gym/aqua sessions and lose the weight "properly" and at a steady rate. I am hoping for a 2lbs loss each week but I have 10 stone to lose, and know it will take ages
I remember years ago there was somebody on here called starlight who lost loads on WW, is she still around???
Anyway, enough of dwelling on what I have done wrong... I have managed to lose 4lbs in 3 weeks, despite being quite naughty... being here today (on minimins!) means I'm serious because this is what got me through it the first time around... I just hope the WW boards are as friendly as the LL ones!!!

PS, I'm allowed 32 points per week - thats alot right??! - So why do I keep eating more?!?!!? lol
