Well after much thinking and a week of illness i have started alli on Saturday. So far so good no side effects as yet and thank godness i hadnt started it last week as was sick for 5 days and would have thought it was the pills xxx will post to let you know after first weigh on Saturday ..... fingers crossed

good look with the tablets they are amazing and really do work as long as you put the effort in and eat low fat calorie controlled diet and exercise.

im very very pleased with the results from the tablets and im now on xenical and the weight is coming off.,

i find for me that they shut the voice up in my head the one that normally ruins my diet.

well done on your 6lbs loss so far just keep to the diet and u will get the rewards

i am doing the same and following slimming world and taking alli. lost 5 first week and two second, i am happy enough, to be honest if only lose one a week now i will be happy, 2 is aim though. its better to lose it slower as wont pile back on quick if u relapse for short time. good luck with it though
