Total Solution Started Exante today with 2st to lose

#1
Hello everyone.
I'm a serial yo yo dieter. Back here after putting all my weight back on again. I've started Exante today and want to lose 2 stone over the next few months.
I'm feeling sad and annoyed with myself and will post in here my journey.
Wish me luck!
Does anyone else wake up in the night feeling starving?

Welcome back Laura:)

Good luck on your Exante journey.

We all get upset when we regain our weight but I know myself I keep trying in the hope one day I will reach goal and stay there.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement.
I feel ok today. The cravings (and rumbling stomach) were just terrible yesterday. My biggest fear is waking in the night and raiding the fridge when I'm half asleep!
Am I the only person who does this?
I didn't, so I'm feeling more in control today. ;)

I'm feeling shattered and a bit tearful today. I slipped over the weekend by drinking kombucha which took me out of ketosis. I was just so hungry I felt dizzy and needed something.
I went out and watched my friend eating a massive Sunday lunch and didnt have any, which was actually quite easy.
My overeating is something I do alone and that's when I need to be more vigilant.
I am back in ketosis now but having really light sleep.
Does anyone else find they can't sleep properly on this diet?

Don't be so hard on yourself. This diet is all about identifying your weaknesses and then thinking about how to address them I suppose.
I sleep fine (apart from the toilet breaks!!)
