Started WW on 05/01/12, need your support!

Don't be to disheartened about weigh-in. I wouldn't pay any attention to it till official weigh day. Our weights can fluctuate from day to day, you are doing so well, stick with your dailies, weeklies and exercise and you'll do brill. Good luck x
 
Hi Natalie ! How are you coping without the wine ? I did not really find it a prob until Fri and sat....did not drink an awful lot in the week before. Just little and often... Now its seldom ! Good luck with your weigh in, what time is it on Thursday ? X

Thanks Neen. I am having a glass tonight but its all counted in my points and I've measured it. Think the weekends will be harder but we have my partners children this weekend so i plan to make it an active one so that will help!

Yes weigh in is on Thursday night and I'm getting mid week jitters!!
 
Here we go then with today's food diary 11/01/12 DAY BEFORE WEIGH IN arrrrgh lol

Breakfast

Activia 0%fat yoghurt 2PP
Kiwi 0pp

Lunch

Treated self to a roll from sarnie shop, made up in front of me so hopefully no hidden nasties...

Medium granary/brown roll - allowing 5PP
Chicken mayo mix - allowing 2 PP for aprox half a chick breast and 3 PP for full fat mayo so 5pp
Salad 0pp

Dinner:

Egg noodles 125 g boiled 5pp
King Prawns 2pp
stir fry veggies all 0pp
1/2 pouch Blue dragon stir fry sauce 2pp

Snacks so far:

2 x Jacobs cheddar crackers 1pp
(wicked, 1 PP!!)
Will have glas of OJ with dinner
2PP
3 x jaffa cakes as after dinner treat later 4PP

So far then, 28/32 PP used, if snack as above later which i usually do follow.

Activity: Walked my little girl to play group this afternoon, 20 mins each way so 40 mins walking.

In a strange way excited for weigh in tomo, I really hope I have lost and I deserve to after giving up my beloved glass of wine of an evening :jelous: Wanted to do a full week without it (all bar 2 dinky glasses sat eve) so boost me into cutting down in the long run, so fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow!!! Not really been using my weekly points as I want to use these for wine after the first couple of weeks on plan (you can tell where my priorites lie :D) so I dont want to get used to using them up now!

looks great hun but make sure u use all your dailies every day especially because u having been exercising.

If you don't eat enough to sustain the exercise your body will hold onto the fat it already has because it is starving. if that makes sense. see how u get on this week and maybe try using more dailies and weeklies next week.

im sure u will be fine for weigh in xx
 
Back from weigh in tonight and lost 3 pounds ! So so pleased ! Will update with food diary tomo but chillaxing for now. Hope everyone who had a WI today had a good result x

Thanks :) dead pleased with my loss, celebrated last night with two glasses of vino and a cheeky vodka so had a few weekly's but only a few. Had a normal ie not naughty tea so don't feel too bad. Here is yesterday's diary, will update with all point values tomo :

Hi all, hope you are all having a great weekend?

Sorry have been a bit of a stranger, been working and lots of wedding planning this weekend so been up to my eyeballs but got a minute to update things now ;)

Here is yesterdays diary....feeling a bit worried as using a few more weeklys as hardlky touched them last week and that was the plan so trying not to worry.....will be happy if just lose one pound each week so guess I can afford to use the weeklys, heres hoping!

Was not impressed with sirloin steak, which i bought specially as lower in PP, this is the first time have cooked it at home. Usually have rump and am tempted to say in future would stick to this albeit a smaller piece....never have any fat on meat so I should be okay there. So a bit disappointing for 4 bloody quid :cry:

todays diary sunday 15/01

Today has been a bit all over the place as went to watch friend do a race in the park, then went for a late lunch/early tea at carvery.

Activity: 40 min walk to the carvery and back so a whopping 80 mins walking, in this weather I ask you!?!? :(

Trying not to let guilt kick in becuase first time have allowed self treats/wine two days in a row however i have Mon-thurs to be well on the straight and narrow with nothing to get in my way, so should be cool. :)
