I'm on day 2 and doing ok not really been feeling hungry which is a good thing, I've got alot to lose around 9-10 stone so needed to give myself a kick up the bum to get on with it!
I started yesterday too - let's stick at it and here's to no hunger! Although it might feel like you've got a way to go, the more you need to lose the quicker it should start coming off. I bet you'll be seeing some great losses Good luck!
That's fantastic I also started monday n have about 10 stone to lose but I just looked n 1 lb down but keeping to it r u doing the 3 a day I had porridge bar n shake today honeycomb shake was really nice
You're getting some great results - wow! I'm tempted to weigh myself today also, but I think I'll wait until next Monday - I know I'm the kind of person who could easily start weighing myself every morning and every night lol!
