Good luck. I would say the diet is the easiest and most difficult. No food means no decisions. Fantastic. Ketosis means...no physical hunger. BUT are you someone who only ate when they were physically hungry? Chances are, probably not. And that's where the head work starts. And that is ... challenging. It's amazing. It's worth doing. But that element of it - which differentiates LighterLife - is the the hardest. If you have got a good counsellor (LLC), you will get SO much more out of the programme. If you take the view that comfort eating (ie when you are not physically hungry) is addictive eating, then you realise, pretty quickly, that you are confronting your addiction head on.

And I want to re-iterate that it's worth the effort, it really is. The physical side of getting into ketosis may or may not be too bad - be prepared to feel the cold.
