Hi everyone, Ive been reading the forum for a little while now and feeling very inspired by all of you. Last year I started lighterlife dropped 4 stone (started around 18st7lb and dropped to 14st6lbs) then I went on holiday and christmas came around and I have crept backup to 15st5lbs and feeling blah I dont want to give up after all the hard work and can feel the extra pounds I have put on. So starting with exante today (the cost of lighterlife and the 'group therapy' sessions didnt really work for me) and very excited but all im craving is pancakes I need to have a week of total to get back in the mindset and need some inspiration to stay motivated. How do you all make sure you stay focused - sometimes I cant fet rid of the thoughts shouting at me for bad food as much as I try lol help!!!
